Key Accounts Sales Specialist

- Minimum matric is essential for the role.
- A BSc. Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or related qualification is essential for this role.
- Previous experience having sold laboratory equipment is essential for the role.
- Previous laboratory experience using chromatography products is preferred.
- Previous sales experience in the pharma reference standards field is preferred.
- Previous experience within chromatography field will be an advantage.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Managing all key accounts, focussing on pharma reference standards for pharma markets as well as chromatography instruments and consumables within the Gauteng area.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Maintaining sales and services as well as implementing all sales and marketing strategies for a range of products.
- Conducting equipment demonstrations for customers when required to do so.
- Attending to and resolving customers enquiries.
- Researching and driving strategies to develop the market.
- Meeting with clients to arrange demonstrations and training on equipment.
- Presenting product related presentations at seminars and exhibitions as required.
- Meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identifying areas of growth within the market to identify possible strategies.
