Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required.
