**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Lead nationwide generate sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key clients and internal personnel
- Negotiate and close agreements with different customer profiles
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Identifying new markets for the company’s products or services
- Negotiating pricing terms with vendors or suppliers
- Developing new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and contacts within the industry
- Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve specific objectives or goals
- Developing and implementing training programs for new employees on proper sales techniques and procedures
- Coordinating activities with other departments within the organization, such as marketing or finance
- Evaluating performance of sales representatives and providing feedback to improve performance
- Maintaining contact with clients, customers, or other individuals involved in the sale process
- Manage national QS program. Aligning stock mix and stock levels to meet sales targets.

Pay: R80,000.00 - R100,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 8 years (required)
