Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with wholesale clients and key retailers
  • Spearhead national sales growth and oversee product merchandising strategies at a national level
  • Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize overstocks or stockouts

  • Coach and develop a high-performing team

  • Coordinate with supply chain teams for timely product delivery
  • Deliver clear reports to stakeholders and executives
What is required?
  • 5 years national sales / key accounts experience - Wholesale and Merchandise experience
  • Experience in managing and motivating regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with national goals
  • Strong sales record (sell in and sell through) 
  • Results-oriented with a strategic mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the wholesale industry
  • Track record of achievement of sales targets and expansion of the wholesale network
  • Skilled in analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and understanding competitive landscapes
  • Strong negotiation capabilities for managing supplier agreements and client deals
  • Knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and product allocation strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM software, ERP systems, and merchandising tools
