Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant | Renewable Energy This is an internal role, based in our Stellenbosch office. AltGen has the following brands: EOR In Africa AltGen UK AltGen Employment Services / AltGen Management Services Role Overview What this role is not: It is not a marketing role that is responsible for content generation (although content generation is very much part of the outputs of the commercial team). What this role is: It is a commercial role that is fundamental to generating new business and the success of the brands. What is currently missing: A holistic view of key activities that enables us to pull the right levers, to trigger buy decisions and generate conversions. Responsibilities Team Management Manages a marketing team of 3-4 staff (Content Creator, IT Officer and Data Intelligence Analyst) Manages staff on their outputs Create team structure and cohesion Manage and measure outputs according to KPIs Ensures cross-team and cross-BU resource integration and collaboration Data-driven insights and campaign management Through the management of the Data Analyst, the continuous improvement of the BI Dashboards, in order to enable the effective management of the sales cycles by the BU Managers. Key Indicators for BU’s on value add - TTF, retention stats, cost savings Improved TTF (Time to Fill - over not using an agency) Improved Retention (Candidates stay for longer than average) Cost savings from TTF, Retention, and data-driven decision making Salary Surveys Skills Gap Analysis (Africa-wide and country-specific) Africa Energy & Agri Projects & Skills Mapping LinkedIn LinkedIn Profile Management - Brands & MD Management of Content Plans for each BU Targeted content and paid advertising LinkedIn Campaigns across BUs, with access to LI Premium Pages on BUs Metric Management (and achievements) for BUs, for key metrics such as followers and engagement rates Google Weekly reports on website performance, with meaningful insights into heat mapping, visitor behaviours, page visits and assumed conversions Generating 5* Google Reviews through the management of candidates and responses Conduct targeted Google Ads campaigns, with a clear understanding of conversion rates and ROI on Campaigns CTR and management of Conversion Rates , to establish a baseline ROI for benchmarking as a pathway to a process of continuous improvement. Websites Keeping the websites updated, current, and managing organic traffic & SEO Website sessions and user journeys tracking With the assistance of the Commercial Team, compiling bid/tender documents that are well structured, intelligently constituted, competitively priced and provide a compelling business case for utilising the services of the bidding entity. CSI Managing the CSI project engagements and developing the CSI workflow, to the point of AltGen spinning CSI engagements off into a separate workstream housed in an NPC with a dedicated project manager and its own staff complement. Using CSI projects as one of the themes in digital campaigns. AltGen is an early adopter of tech and believes in leveraging tech to optimise business processes. Intrinsic to the role is driving the use of AI and other workflow optimisation tools.
