New Business Development & Technical Consultant - Pretoria Ecowize is seeking an experienced New Business Development & Technical Consultant to join the IWS division in Pretoria. If you are passionate about sales and have proven experience in the hygiene industry, this role is ideal for you. The main purpose of this role is to implement business development strategies aimed at financial growth and acquiring new customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for duties that promote sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and building strong customer relationships. High-level Objectives Identify new markets and customer needs to ensure value-added services. Promote the company's products. Manage sales targets effectively. Achieve daily and weekly call ratios to meet targets. Drive business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Focus on new business development within the food industry sectors. Meet sales targets by developing and executing growth strategies targeting specific market segments. Create and expand a customer database, meeting weekly and monthly targets. Conduct client site surveys and provide tailored solutions. Report on customer needs and issues to management. Negotiate sales and close deals. Handle invoicing and payments. Handover new contracts to operations. Follow up with after-sales service and focus on value delivery. Maintain high service standards. Provide customer product training as needed. Present reports on sales trends, customer growth, and issues. Adapt strategies to specific markets.
