Driver’s license Proficient on MS Office. Experience in Selling a service and a return on investment. Job Description/Overview: Managed Service is a solutions-based service offering which requires a good understanding of a customer’s current problems through a needs identification process and then having the ability to get the customer to agree to a detailed assessment of the current services. Our purpose is to make businesses more efficient and sustainable. This involves leveraging our core offerings to achieve a more optimized environment. Responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to: Calling of Sales Qualified leads to schedule new business meetings. Actively growing the customer base and achieving sales targets across all core offerings. Liaising with internal Green Office departments to secure new Managed Service clients. Identifying client needs & objectives and meeting them within agreed deadlines. Using Pastel Evolution and CRM systems (training provided) Ensuring general administration is maintained Required Job Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Accuracy and diligence in completing tasks. Goal-directed. Good client relationship management skills. Must be organised and meticulous in time and opportunity management. Good presentation skills. Ability to work in a team. Experience in new business development. Persistence in pursuing and closing deals. Identifying client needs & objectives and meeting them within agreed deadlines.
