Personal Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, prioritise commitments and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, reports and presentations with precision.
- Organise meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics, detailed agendas and necessary materials.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for documents, filing, records, expenses, and projects.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (degree preferred).
- 5-7 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior executive capacity.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional demeanour with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
