Take responsibility for tasks and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability.
Communicate effectively in demanding situations.
Demonstrate a good understanding of customer engagement principles.

Requirements
Must have Grade 12
At least 6 months international call centre experience within customer services.
Willing to work on 24/7 shifting schedule,rest days, holidays, weekends and extended hours.
