New Business Development Consultant

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the insurance sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth.
- Provide tailored financial planning solutions to clients.
- Utilize Discovery, Momentum, Old Mutual, Sanlam, Hollard, PPS, Medihelp, Bonitas, Bestmed, Stratum, Zestlife and Liberty websites and quote packages effectively.
- Manage client data and processes using Zoho Office and Atwork CRM System.
- Ensure accuracy in client documentation and compliance with industry standards.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of insurance products and financial planning solutions.
- Proven experience in the insurance industry. Minimum 3 years experience.
- RE5 qualification (required).
- Wealth management experience
- Proficiency in using Discovery, Momentum, Old Mutual, Sanlam, Hollard, PPS, Medihelp, Bonitas, Bestmed, Stratum, Zestlife and Liberty websites and quote packages.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho Office, Atwork, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Class off Business exams done.
- NQF level 5 Wealth management or Financial Planning credits required.
- Looking to study further to become a CFP professional financial advisor.
- Bursary funding available.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking initiative.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
