Our client, a renowned International Financial Services Group, specialising in financial solutions and advisory services to businesses and high net worth individuals in South Africa is seeking to URGENTLY appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Customer Relationship Management System Administrator, to be based in Cape Town, South Africa.

PLEASE NOTE:
The benchmarked CTC Salary is
R20K R25K per month

KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

  • At minimum a bachelors degree (Advantageous)
  • At least 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics certification advantageous.
  • Microsoft Excel Intermediate/Advanced Skills
  • PowerBi experience advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and administer the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction
  • Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and configurations within the CRM system
  • Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use the CRM system
  • Develop and implement CRM system enhancements and customizations based on user feedback and business requirements
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues or errors that arise
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and create reports and dashboards within the CRM system
  • Plan and execute data migration projects to transfer data to and from the CRM system
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and new CRM technologies to make recommendations for system improvements
