Our Client is looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee all functions of their Human Resources department and provide support to their employees. HR Operations Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of their human resources operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and leadership skills, capable of managing a diverse range of HR functions and form part of the MANCO team and can be based in Cape Town and will report into the CFO.

Essential Requirements
Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Monitor internal HR systems and databases
Review and approve and deliver on HR budgets
Review BU capacity budgets
Design and implement company policies
Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
Create detailed reports on HR costs
Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
Develop compensation and benefits plans
Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
Host in-house events
Discuss employees career development paths with managers
Monitor HR metrics (e.g. productivity, absence, turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
Organise learning and development programs
Ensure HR staff addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely manner
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour relations and regulations
Manage external audit requirements in partnership with other divisions

Qualifications and experience:
Relevant degree
Experience within a talent, learning and development, or professional consulting/services context is highly advantageous
7+ years of experience in HR Operations Manager or similar role
