  • Must have 3 years plus experience in this industry (medical/frail care) handling client complaints and care
  • Some qualifications in this position will be advantageous
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent with client care services
  • Must be detailed orientated and organized
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and personnel
  • Excellent working under pressure and excellent coping skills
  • Must be able to work every second weekend

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Will be handling clients and personnel complaints
  • Will be handling general client care
  • Resolve problem/complaints with the up most professionalism
  • General client care and complaints manager duties
