We are looking for a young and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a

Customer Care Consultant.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Customer support/services within the customer care centre
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints
  • Liaise with the dealer network; Dealer Support
  • Capture, record, and report on new leads as and when they land
  • Manage agreed inboxes to process client communication for the nurturing process and action
  • Liaise with our clients outlets to receive and action qualified leads
  • Follow up on leads as and when due

Requirements:

  • Matric (tertiary education beneficial but not essential).
  • Previous experience beneficial
  • Computer literate and tech savvy.
  • Detailoriented, focused, innovative and punctual.
  • Extroverted: people's person.
