The Role

  • As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our peoplecentric culture, fostering employee engagement, and strategically aligning HR initiatives with our business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while making a positive impact on our employees' development and overall wellbeing. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to provide expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters, from talent acquisition and performance management to employee relations and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization through a deep understanding of business priorities, objectives, challenges, and peoplerelated needs.
  • Support implementation of HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and values, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Partner with managers to identify and address talent gaps, providing guidance on talent acquisition.
  • Provide advice and support on performance management, coaching, and employee development, ensuring the growth and retention of talent.
  • Provide guidance to employees on compensationrelated matters and managing the payroll process.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Stay uptodate with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, propose datadriven solutions, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Knowledge in all facets of Human Resources Management.
  • Prior experience working with a global organization.
  • Solid understanding of local and international labor laws and regulations
  • Human Resources Information Systems experience.
  • Knowledge of wide range of institutional donors eg. USAID, Global Fund, Gavi, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable talking to a diverse range of people across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite or similar software.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
