Our client is searching for a high impact HR Business Partners (HRBP for short) who will help align the organisation's people strategy with its business strategy.

Together with line managers, the HRBP should work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.

Key Performance Areas will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Support the implementation of HR strategy in the business by ensuring that the HR delivery is fully aligned to business goals within their functions.
  • Advise employees and management on the company's Human Resource policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving employee issues, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and fair manner.
  • To bring HR insight to all people related and to be a "trusted advisor" to management at a corporate/head office level.
  • Recruiting the right talent
  • Enhancing staff performance
  • Supporting employee development
  • Enhancing recruitment efforts
  • Planning strategic HR initiatives
  • Running orientation and onboarding processes

Requirements:

  • A National Diploma in Human Resources, or any related degree
  • A minimum of 5 years' applicable experience as a Human Resources Generalist
  • A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee, and union relations, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports.
  • Strong knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of SAGE people system, reporting and analysis will be an advantage.
  • High attention to detail, ability to establish and handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines critical.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • High level of interpersonal skills to build relationships and handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills across levels of management
  • Ability to work independently in a crossfunctional, crosscultural environment.
