Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
- Good communication skills
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (client engagement)
- Attending to queries & investigation of short stock
- Attending to queries & from reps regarding sales report and credit notes
- Contacting of customers regarding queries (Pricing
- Preparing regular reports
- Matric ( National certificate with endorsement)
- 2 to 5 years of Administrative experience
- Proficient in Sage Pastel
- Proficient in MS Office: Word and Excel

From R6,500.00 per month
