Overview:

Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.

Customer Service Management:

  • Oversee the customer service team to ensure highquality service delivery.
  • Establish customer service standards and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Train and develop customer service staff to maintain high performance levels.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales and customer service teams.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as required

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to align sales and customer service efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination across teams.
  • Participate in crossfunctional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

  • Bachelors (required)
