Customer Service Administrator

Location:
Claremont, Cape Town


Reporting to:
Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Administrator is a vacant role in our Finance team, reporting directly to the
Customer Service Manager based at our Cape Town office.

The Customer Service Administrator will be accountable for delivering excellent customer service to all customers' requests and queries within agreed service level agreement timeframes whilst constantly improving the customer experience.


Minimum Qualifying Criteria

  • Minimum of 5 years' customer service experience in multiple related industries.
  • Successful and proven track record in a similar or related role.
  • Passionate about delivering customer service excellence.
  • Committed to timely and accurate processing of sales and requests
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Energetic selfmotivated personality.
