Customer Service Manager - Virtual Assistant

The Job Overview


We are seeking an individual to perform duties related to being an administrative assistant as well as manage all outbound and inbound sales duties to support our business operations.

As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for attending meetings, managing calendars, answering customer sales calls, and making cold sales calls to potential customers.

You will also be expected to complete online research, compile and distribute reports, handle various administrative tasks, and communicate often with your direct supervisor.


Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities a virtual assistant is expected to assume in their position:

  • Answer incoming customer calls
  • Make outgoing cold calls to potential customers
  • Research names/businesses to contact and offer our cleaning services
  • Know the company's cleaning packages and be able to explain services to customers
  • Negotiate discounts and close sales
  • Manage customer leads and follow ups
  • Handle bookkeeping
  • Complete word processing tasks
  • Research and organize data
  • Maintain and manage contacts
  • Manage leads from various sources including website, social media, and Google.
  • Gather and organize data for statistical analysis
  • Train and supervise other administrative staff

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Below are the qualifications expected of a virtual assistant:

  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a must.
  • Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and public relations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Proficiency with cloudbased platforms such as Google Docs, Google Meets, and other remote team messaging apps like Slack.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Skilled in data entry
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Highspeed internet connection
