Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Achieve sales targets by prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities daily.
    • Conduct cold calling and lead generation to introduce recruitment services to potential clients.
    • Use every opportunity to generate leads by offering assistance in filling vacant positions.
    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote recruitment services globally.
    • Accurately forecast and manage sales pipeline using a CRM system.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and address feedback from clients.
    • Leverage existing client relationships to identify new business opportunities.
  • Service Promotion and Sales Strategy
    • Develop effective sales strategies to promote recruitment and executive placement services.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients.
  • Follow-Up and Customer Service
    • Ensure successful sales closures by following up on quotes and proposals.
    • Provide post-sale support to foster long-term client relationships.
    • Maintain high levels of customer service and address issues promptly.
    • Utilize client feedback to enhance future sales approaches.
  • Reporting and Data Management
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.
    • Track and report on performance metrics such as sales targets and client satisfaction.
    • Share insights and reports with sales and recruitment teams to improve processes.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven sales experience in recruitment industry, specializing in recruitment services sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Confidence, resilience, and a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and with global teams.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Conversational proficiency in Afrikaans is a plus.
