Specialised Sales Tech TS Grade M3 Core Description
Manage the delivery of a comprehensive range of business development activities for Cloud Platform Solutions, that achieve BCX strategic and operational goals and objectives.
Key Deliverables / Primary FunctionsDevelop and implement integrated business development strategies for Cloud Platform solutions, collaborating with a range of BCX stakeholders to align relevant goals and objectives.
Responsible for all aspects of assigned budget and P&L performance, collaborating with other relevant business unit leaders to support the achievement of BCX revenue and EBIDTADevelop implement and manage comprehensive sales plans together with reporting mechanisms for the full Cloud Platform Solutions client differentiation structure that support the achievement of all relevant commercial indicators.
Coach, lead, motivate, inspire and develop employees, in alignment with the BCX DNA, demonstrating a high level of engagement and talent retention.
Leading with purpose by ensuring that all teams understand the overall vision, direction, delivery process and responsibilities for their teams and the department as a whole, within the context of the larger organisation.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, identified through the Cloud Platform Solutions client differentiation structure to build and maintain robust business relationships that support the achievement of relevant business development strategic and operational goals and objectives.
Create and implement business development lifecycle management processes that ensure all relevant activity complies with applicable legislation, regulations, agreements and BCX group policies and procedures.
Identify, monitor and analyse relevant business development key performance indicators, leading the team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to performance outside agreed parameters.

A minimum of 8-10 years' experience, of which 2 years is at a senior management level, preferably in the ICT industry
OR
A minimum of 12 years' experience of which at least 4 years on senior management level. Certifications Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
