  • Filling all documentation
  • Book flights, accommodation and reconcile accounts
  • Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments
  • Taking, typing and distribution of minutes for meetings
  • Responsible for the booking of boardrooms
  • Ordering, processing and delivery of stationery to Exco
  • Receiving, sorting of post and contacting recipient employees for collection
  • Performing of administrative functions for Exco as and when required
  • Maintaining general office files and other files related to the company's operations
  • Executive Board Packs assemble packs on a quarterly basis
  • Perform adhoc duties as and when required
National Diploma / Degree in business administration and or Related qualification

Valid Drivers' License Experience

4 years relevant experience in an Executive Support role

From R360,000.00 per year
