Our client in the Engineering sector is looking for a professional and experienced Office Administrator to join their team.

Starting: 17th July 2023

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric
  • 2 3 years office administration experience
  • Qualification in Admin/Marketing or related
  • Own transport
  • Own laptop and reliable wifi

DUTIES

  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as required
  • Taking minutes
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • Data entry (sales figures, funding engagements etc.)
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
  • Arranging both internal and external events
  • Maintaining the company social media accounts
  • Providing administration support to project team members
  • Coordinating administration and communicating with the whole project team and external stakeholders efficiently
  • Report updates verbally and in written form to management
  • Communicate daily requirements and tasks to team members
  • Complete all necessary administrative tasks
  • Investigating market activity and organizing market research administration
  • Compiling documentation and reports
  • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
  • Assisting with promotional activities
