Work Description
The Facility and Fleet Management Coordinator assists the Corporate Operations Managers in the management of Facilities and Fleet.


The Facilities and Fleet Management Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that Aurum Facilities and Fleet are well maintained and in a good state of repair to positively reflect the Aurum brand.


Duties

  • Facility Management
  • Support the Corporate Operations Managers with Facilities related duties:


Signage
  • Facilities including Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Assist with Site Setups, Site Operations and Site Closeouts.
  • Print Materials: HowtoManuals, Information Sheets, Site Assessment Documents, Site Direction Brochure, Site Information Brochure, etc.


Facility Surveillance
  • Check CCTV daily that all site cameras are operational and logging of calls with service providers for cameras to be checked/repaired.
  • Conducting investigations and providing incident reports.


Fleet Management
  • Supporting the Corporate Operations Managers with Fleet related duties:
  • Branding
  • Print Materials: HowtoManuals, Information Sheets, Fleet Assessment documents, etc.


Fleet Surveillance
  • Check Fleet Surveillance system daily to ensure that all fleet cameras are operational and logging of calls with service providers for cameras to be checked/repaired.
  • Conducting investigations and providing incident reports.
  • Asset Management:
  • Artwork for the Corporate Operations Sourcing and Internal Requisition Website.
  • Print Materials: HowtoManuals, Information Sheets, etc.
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Artwork for the Corporate Operations Sourcing and Internal Requisition Website.
  • Print Materials: HowtoManuals, Information Sheets, etc.
  • Records Management:
  • Artwork for the Corporate Operations Sourcing and Internal Requisition Website.
  • Print Materials: HowtoManuals, HowtoInformation Sheets, etc.
  • Policies and Standard Operating Procedures adhere to all departmental and company policies, standard operating procedures, working practice guidelines and How to Guides.
  • Write Policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Review and edit working practice guidelines and how to manuals. Conduct annual reviews of Policies, SOPs, WPGs and HowtoManuals.
  • Comply with all health and safety policies, practices, and procedures according to prescribed legislation.
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compile monthly reports for the Corporate Operations Manager

Education

  • Grade 12

Experience

  • Three to Five years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the principals of graphic design
  • Understanding of safety regulations

Requirements:

  • SA Citizen or valid work permit to work in South Africa
  • Valid SA Driver's License (Essential)
  • First Issue Older Than 12 Months with Driving Experience
  • Frequent Travel by Land or Air
  • Willing to work overtime

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Design packages) with a high level of PC literacy
  • Time Management skills
  • Report writing skills
  • Highly proficient in English (Spelling and Grammar)
