About the Project:

As a SAP Test Manager, you will be an integral part of our large-scale food and beverage project that aims to revolutionize the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for the SAP implementation.
  • Manage a team of talented SAP testers, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task delegation.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to align testing activities with project milestones.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement effective mitigation plans.
  • Perform test execution, defect management, and test reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a SAP Test Manager, leading successful testing efforts in complex SAP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules and testing methodologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP MM/PP.
  • Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Certification in SAP Testing or related areas is a plus.
