About the Project: As a SAP Test Manager, you will be an integral part of our large-scale food and beverage project that aims to revolutionize the industry. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a dynamic team of industry experts. This project is the perfect platform to demonstrate your skills and make a lasting impact on an essential sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for the SAP implementation.
- Manage a team of talented SAP testers, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task delegation.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to align testing activities with project milestones.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Perform test execution, defect management, and test reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a SAP Test Manager, leading successful testing efforts in complex SAP projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and testing methodologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP MM/PP.
- Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification in SAP Testing or related areas is a plus.
