**Job Description**:

- The Learning Analyst will be responsible for providing the technical and operational support on various Learning Systems within the Anglo American and De Beers Learning Ecosystem. The primary purpose of this role is to resolve day-to-day systems queries, support with the PS Learning specific deployment activities, perform quality assurance, ensures that all Learning activities performed are aligned to the governance framework and management of the end-to-end learning life cycle of a course/program and for all learning related project activities as defined by Group Learning. The role further supports with the identified continuous improvement initiatives/ opportunities.

**KEY TASKS**

The primary accountabilities will incorporate:

- Maintenance of Learning Management Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors LMS, Learning Experience) including support activities pertaining to course deployments, user setup and administration, resolution of functional issues and overall Learning ecosystem support.
- Participate in the periodic system testing to ensure that the LMS ecosystem is functioning as designed.
- Action operational enhancements and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on changes made.
- Carry out quality assurance tests and support the PS Learning Operations Teams in their execution.
- Provide support to various stakeholders on projects identified by actioning requirements based on business requirement specifications, RACI matrix, testing, training, preparing training documentation and implementation in accordance with Group IM standards and Group Learning governance framework.
- Troubleshoot incidents received, investigate and resolve in a timely manner.
- Provide input into and implement continuous improvement initiatives primarily in the areas of workflow, system enhancements, lift and shift activities, audit outcomes etc.
- Participate in change management and communication regarding Learning changes/updates and ensure adequate change management and communication process are in place for all project and upon project stabilisation hand over to the GSS PS Learning service delivery teams.
- Support the GSS PS Learning Team in investigating LMS ecosystem queries and ensuring all requests/queries are treated with urgency and resolved in a timely manner with mitigating actions put in place to prevent reoccurrence.
- Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement when managing a project/transition by lifting and transforming (consider digitisation/automation)
- Engage Learning Deployment and Quality Assurance Coordinator on complex system related escalation.
- Conduct systems audits in line with defined audit requirements and engage the GSS PS Learning Operations Team for remedial action.
- Stays up to breast with systems development to replicate key requirements.
- Systems Knowledge Transfer sessions with GSS PS Learning Operations Teams.
- Administer actions from investigate and monitor Escalations and incidents.
- Embed and ensure compliance to governance structures.
- Ensure compliance to project management and audit requirements.
- Identify, manage and track Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions (RAID).
- Ensure effective and efficient collaboration amongst key stakeholders.

SuccessFactors LMS
- Carry out Learning deployment activities by ensuring that the GSS PS Learning Operations Team creates courses and link required properties in SF LMS.
- Support quality control tasks and corrections
- UAT for courses and updating GSS PS intake form for submission to GSS PS Learning Operations Team.
- Ensure unique LMS course ID is appropriately recorded in all applicable systems
- Qualifications
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree qualification (Human Resource Management/ Industrial Psychology and/or Other Social Sciences) or recognition of prior learning with a sound knowledge of training and learning management

**EXPERIENCE**
- 3 years’ experience in supporting a Learning ecosystem
- Detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning Management System
- Detailed knowledge of SAP ERP
- Strong PC skills, with a confident approach working with MS Office and Learning systems
