A dynamic, fast growing skincare distribution company in Randburg, is looking for an experienced Stock Controller and Admin Assistant to join the team.
We are looking for an individual with experience in supervising the receipt, dispatch and storage of products, as well as oversee all stock room- and administrative functions. A strong personality, pro-active, excellent attention to detail, with very strong administrative and organisational skills. Someone who will get the job done and always willing to help wherever needed. Must be able to work under high pressure situations.
Minimum requirements:
- 2 years experience as Stock Controller
- Minimum matric
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Anticipate the needs of others
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
- Computer literate
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Expert packing of all items which are dispatched from the Warehouse including stockists orders, consignments, online orders and gifts
- Overseeing and quality control of subordinates
- Receiving shipments and organising new stock in stock room based on expiry dates
- Monitoring stock levels, product and market materials and organise reordering
- Performing regular stock take of fast moving items
- Monthly full stock take
- Ensure stock rooms are kept tidy and fully stocked on a weekly basis
- Ensure effective and safe use of office and warehouse equipment
- Stock Control based on Expiry dates
- Responsible for providing administrative support to senior management
Working hours:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30
Salary:
R R22 000 gross
Starting date:
As soon as possible
