HR/ Recruitment Consultant

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Recruitment
Review and recreate the Recruitment Strategy for the group
Research and implement digital recruitment in phased approaches
Identify and maintain traditional recruitment strategy that enables the business
Look continually for recruitment methods that will enhance the business needs
Partner with recruitment Agents that is aligned to the business to ensure that we find the right applicants at the right time all the time
Negotiate with recruitment agents to ensure that fees are aligned to the budget of different departments
Manage current talent pool systems to ensure that our reach is optimised for sustainability and right fit
Identify new talent pool systems to ensure that our reach is optimised and that we are recruiting in the right places for best holistic fit
Be present and seen as a value add in identified talent pools and social media platforms to attract the right staff
Manage the identified digital platforms so that we are a leading presence
Create and maintain regular recruitment statistical and analytical reports for the business with clear analysis to guide recruitment and commercial decision making
Induction
Ensure that the Induction process is updated, personalised, current, relevant and aligned to strategy across the group
Train and ensure that Induction is implemented and maintained throughout the group
Ensure that induction material is up to date, personalised, relevant and current and supply stock to all regions with differentiation
Edge the process, content and communication
Train relevant managers on purpose and process
Drive the process and project
Succession and Development
Track and document existing Succession and Development plans and flag any anomalies
Performance Appraisals
Train the current Performance Appraisal system to Regional HR Facilitators
Ensure that Performance Appraisals are documented for reporting purposes
Update HR reporting with all Performance Appraisals feedback and training trends throughout the group
Keep abreast of performance management trends and contribute ideas / trends to edge the process and the product
HR Qualification - Bachelor's (Degree or Diploma)
2-3 Years Recruitment (internal/agent) experience
At least 2 year experience in an HR environment
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Visio (advantageous)
Experience in dealing with preferred Suppliers
Basic budget experience and negotiation skills to negotiate rates with recruitment agents
Must have worked in a traditional and digital recruitment environment
Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Words skills
Good communication and writing skills
Work at high speed and still deliver quality
Attention to detail
Be proactive
Prioritise and still be flexible
Be professional with good people skills
Ability to work under pressure
Be able to work on multiple projects
High organisation and prioritisation skills
