COORDINATOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPORT DOCUMENTATION - CAPE TOWN

Job Purpose & Primary Job Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to ensure high quality customer service by delivering targets, objectives and customer satisfaction. Pro-active coordination and management of our customer portfolio and build strong customer relationships within the Customer Service Export disciplines.
Be an active participant in the continuous improvement of the department's daily functions and procedures.

Accurate execution of the day to day activities in order to process customers' documentation and invoicing related issues correctly for South Africa to various destinations

Ensure good collaboration and communication within departments and other functional areas
-
Full understanding of the export timelines and deadlines.
-
Maintain and enhance ONE's service to customers overall to ensure defined quality standards and KPI are met.

Ensure that all processes and transactions are fully compliant with company rules and regulations.

Required Skills and competencies
-
Preferably 2-3 years of work experience within Exports
-
Strong communication skills, customer and service oriented
-
Flexibility and creativity in problem solving
-
Articulate, clear oral and writing communication skills in English
-
Enthusiastic team worker who displays quality work
-
Preferably experience with Salesforce
-
Strong ability to analyze raw data, interpret and use excel spreadsheets as an analytical tool
