The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing customer service support. The candidate should also be able to identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
