The Inuversal Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Events and Project Manager to join our team. The main objective of the Events and Project Manager is coordinate a variety of events within the Inuversal Group.

Key responsibilities:
- Project Planning
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and requirements.
- Budget Management
- Create and manage budgets for events, ensuring costeffectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing for services and products.
- Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and/or transportation.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for events.
- Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate and manage relationships with eventrelated vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure services and products.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Provide clear communication and guidance to team members and volunteers.
- Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during events.
- Post-Event Evaluations
- Conduct postevent evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and analytics to measure the impact and ROI of events.
- Bachelors' degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business or a related field., coupled with 5 years' experience.
- Proven experience in event planning and project management.
- Experience in organizing and executing both virtual and inperson events
- A collaborative team player adept at working crossfunctionally
- Experience working in the corporate social space, hospitality or branding/image consulting environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practice.
