Our client is looking for a Helpdesk Trainer to join their fast-paced and dynamic team based in Cape Town.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support management with company induction for new employees.
  • Coach and support all new contact centre staff.
  • Provide feedback and quality call monitoring sessions.
  • Make amendments to the training modules.

Qualifications and experience

  • Matric.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • 23 years in a similar role

Technical Competencies

  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Strong commitment to delivering customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a very fast paced environment.

Behavioural Competencies

  • Good Interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough attention to detail.
  • Task driven and delivery focused.
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
R10, R15,000.00 per month
