Business Area and Team
The Role
This role would suit a technically minded individual, able to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot problems, with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to exercise discretion in relation to confidential data held on our systems.
You will be part of a small dynamic team and have the support you need to develop and grow within the Corporate IT Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing firstline support for all staff across the various locations
Onboarding new starters
- This includes Installation & configuration of Windows 10 and enduser laptop software
- Maintaining printer facilities at onpremises locations.
- Maintaining and improving the service level of the IT helpdesk.
- Assisting with the administration and maintenance of company IT equipment.
- Upkeep of IT Supports knowledge base.
- Work with the IT Team to help maintain the infrastructure and services, including Active Directory, DNS, Office 365 and Azure services.
- Help with ongoing projects relating to the IT infrastructure.
Key Skills
- This position requires a working knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop (Windows 10) administration experience, including Active Directory, gained within a similar role or work experience.
- You must have good hardware and software troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
