PURPOSE
The Product Manager is responsible for a product/suite of products within a particular portfolio type.

The Product Manager will manage the lifecycle of the product from the transition of a new product, its servicing and uptake of customers, ongoing enhancements and growth in collaboration with Group Payments Product Coordination and the Strategy and Transformation team.

In addition, this function proactively monitors the product performance and servicing against the customer SLA's and manages the product risks.

  • Develop a detailed product business plan, strategy and associated roadmap for the product suite including gap/needs identification, product lifecycle management, competitor moves and market trends, risks, opportunities, pricing, contract awareness and manage accordingly.
