Job Description

Initiate International is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team in driving the development and implementation of our online betting products. As a key strategic role, you will contribute directly to the company's growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision: Define the product vision and prioritize changes based on customer needs and market demands.
  • Customer Research: Continuously research customer requirements and propose enhancements or new features.
  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring quality and precision at every stage.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development and testing teams for seamless product delivery.
  • Product Roadmap: Work alongside Business Analysts to transform the product roadmap into actionable user stories and set clear acceptance criteria.
  • Risk Management: Partner with Project Managers to ensure product changes are delivered successfully, while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • User Experience: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate progress and updates to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring both technical and non-technical audiences are informed.
  • Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the product continually evolves to meet client needs and delivers exceptional value.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients, working independently and as part of a wider organizational team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively across all management levels to maintain alignment and transparency.
  • Professional Development: Proactively offer recommendations to enhance client service and ensure fair treatment within your scope of responsibility.
  • Team Collaboration: Build and nurture collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Change: Contribute positively to organizational change and innovation initiatives.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in product ownership or product management.
  • Leadership: 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field (advantageous).
  • Product Specifications: Proven experience in writing detailed product specifications.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to align and manage multiple stakeholders around delivery scope.
  • Product Roadmap: Demonstrated experience in managing a product roadmap.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and industry practices.
