As a
Premium Travel & Lifestyle Consultant you will be fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of our high-net-worth members, including complex flight-inclusive itineraries covering several destinations world-wide.

Your services will include
-
Understanding our customer needs through consultation to deliver an innovative and extraordinary interaction through customer service.
-
Research personalized travel & Lifestyle experiences, through booking domestic and international flights, car and/or hotel travel arrangements and lifestyle events.
-
Creating memorable travel experiences for our Premium Members by booking unforgettable leisure travel for international destinations by air, car, and hotel travel arrangements.
-
Crafting memorable life experiences through knowledge of destination-specific experiences in food and restaurants, exclusive clubs, adventures, concerts and other premium venues
-
Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, creation of travel programmes, obtaining visas and administrative processing
-
Communicate new and existing product offerings and value propositions relevant to the Card Member, selling of active promotions and events
-
Member Focused on your daily interaction with our Premium Members.

Requirements:

Experience & Communication
-
Minimum of 5 years experience in travel essentials, in either Travel Agency, Travel Reservations, Cruise and Tour or similar environments

  • Experience servicing customers ideally in 5* hospitality, concierge/lifestyle servicing, highend customer service or sales roles
  • Excellent
    English and Arabic communication skills (both written and verbal)
- a Natural communicator, with the ability to adapt conversations to suit the situation and members' needs

  • Previous call center experience is preferred.

Technical Requirements

  • Recent Global Distribution System experience is
    essential (within the last 2 years), Amadeus is preferable.
  • There is a great deal of multitasking involved in these roles and your ability to quickly and confidently navigate a number of systems at once will be vital.

Destination Knowledge

  • Be a welltraveled individual with extensive knowledge of global travel and destinations.

  • Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy focusing on delivering worldclass customer service
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment with a positive attitude and desire to learn, and willingness to adapt
  • Time management skills are vital due to the multitasking nature of the role
- _Flexibility_: be willing to work a set 5-day shift pattern. Standard working hours would be Monday
  • Friday 08:0017:00 GMT (South African local time would be dependent on UK/EU time difference; hours will vary between 07:00 19:00 SA local time)
**Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option: - Located in South Africa

  • Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement, with up to 75% Home Office possibility.
  • A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
  • Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be completed
