All Ten's services are made available to clients on either a white-label, co-branded, or affiliate partnership basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Digital Content Project Manager to deliver tasks successfully and on time
  • Oversee daytoday CMS administration
  • Upload of content inventory to Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Assist in achieving daily deliverables
  • Ensure content is kept up to date across multiple platforms
  • Mine large datasets to extract, analyse and crossreference content
  • Troubleshoot and correct any system errors
  • Manage multiple languages within CMS

Requirements:

  • Please note this is Hybrid working and only applicants based in Cape Town will be considered
  • Matric with 2 years' experience in the field of digital administration
  • Tertiary education advantageous
  • Experienced working on online CMS systems
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience working with large datasets (advanced Excel advantageous)

  • Sharp eye for errors and impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and comfortable working on different tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and able to deliver work set to tight deadlines
  • Have a structured approach to responsibilities and tasks
