Join Our Team as a German-speaking Quality Assurance Specialist

Position Overview: As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will uphold our service standards, ensuring top-quality offerings. Collaborate with Training, Client Services, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain our reputation as a trusted provider of personalized services globally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Quality Assurance Processes: Oversee the QA process, monitor and score calls and requests monthly, document findings, and create regular reports.
  • Enhance Services: Coach teams based on QA findings, participate in improvement forums, and implement solutions to drive service enhancements.
  • Collaborate and Train: Align with training teams on expectations, provide practical training, and develop coaching materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in premium Hospitality, Hotel, Travel, or Leisure industry.
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.

  • Effective Communication: Confident and persuasive communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with clients and partners. Advanced German language proficiency.
  • Passionate Advocate: Dedicated to maintaining service excellence for our members.
  • Tactful and Discreet: Able to maintain relationships and handle confidential matters.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to minute project details.
  • Time and Project Management: Efficiently organize and complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Computer Proficiency: Advanced MS Office, CRM, and internet skills.
