Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver necessary communication and welcome packs
  • Ensure compliance and timely payments
  • Daily servicing of employers
  • Assist with any employer issues and employee memberships
  • Provide monthly interactions and customer care support
  • Handle enquiries and calls efficiently
  • Notify Finance of membership changes
  • Check and ensure accuracy of reports and amounts
  • Coordinate with various Providers
  • Conduct PR calls and assist members with queries
  • Adhere to customer service standards

Conduct general administrative duties

  • Adhere to departmental reporting
  • Support Sales Executives and Take on Team
