Extract and refine EPOS data from various retailers, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the EPOS database.
Establish and nurture robust relationships with essential clients.
Provide exceptional service to key clients, aligning with the standards expected from top-tier brands to uphold the company's strong market presence.
Oversee all aspects of customer management within the key accounts.Efficiently manage all administrative tasks associated with clients and service providers within the portfolio.
Collaborate with third-party sales and merchandising teams to ensure optimal shelf presentation.
Leverage retailer analytics such as Site Days Cover and Gap analysis to maintain shelf health.
Conduct regular trade visits to designated regions to ensure effective shelf execution and stay informed about competitor activities to retain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree or diploma
Experience in FMCG with a minimum of 5 years in key account management
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel is essential
Experience with PowerBI is advantageous
