Job Purpose
The successful candidate will have experience in business banking in the SME market, with a strong understanding of credit principles and practices. They will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing expert advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients, providing expert advice and guidance on business banking solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring that clients are aware of the latest developments and opportunities

Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in business banking, with a focus on the SME market
- RE 1/RE 5 certificate or equivalent
- Other relevant banking qualifications

- Excellent client relationship management skills, with a proven track record of success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
