Relevant tertiary education (HR, Education/Training or Hospitality)Minimum of 3 years experience in a same or similar position within the hospitality industry.

Adequate knowledge of training management systemsOpera experience advantageous.

Main responsibilities:
Maintain positive working relationships with HOD's and team members. Maintain company Culture, vision, mission and values within all team members. Map out training plans. Design and Develop training programs. Provide training support to the company. Participate in developing HR networks and community programs. Provide training materials over social media. Sourcing external training organisations for specific training. Maintain the database for Skills Development and Training information. Run induction program for new starters.
