Description
Provide support in executing operational activities Manage and coordinate the schedules and meetings for the software development team. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Handle correspondence and communication within the team and with external stakeholders. Maintain and organize project documentation, including project plans, and progress reports. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members. Assist in the planning, tracking, and execution of software development projects. Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. Manage and maintain the inventory of IT equipment and software licenses used by the team. Coordinate with the IT department to ensure the team has the necessary resources and tools. Assist in the onboarding of new team members, including setting up workstations and accounts. Act as a liaison between the software development team and other departments within the company. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external partners. Organize team-building activities and events to promote a positive work environment. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement best practices. Support the team in adopting new tools and methodologies to enhance productivity. Reconcile with the finance department on invoice costs and ensure all financial records are accurate. Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports related to the software development team. Organize and manage compliance training programs for the software development team. Ensure all team members complete mandatory compliance training sessions. Create and manage dashboards for tracking project progress and team performance. Develop and maintain templates in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for team use.Job Details
