About this opportunity
We are looking for Support Operations Managers that will be responsible for a set of repair contracts with MMEA Customers within the Support & repair organization in MMEA Networks.
You will be engaged in performing the contracts as per the agreed service levels with the Customers and work with the Service Area Repair organization (SAR) to meet Customer delivery and financial targets.
What you will do
- Manage the repair flow for a set of accounts and contracts
- Fulfil agreed timelines in Customer contracts
- Closely collaborate with stakeholders in service order flow, lead change and improvement implementation to achieve performance and efficiency goals.
You will bring
- Minimum bachelor level degree and or 4 years of validated experience in Telecom or related fields.
- Consistent record of taking responsibility in technical operational or strategic business areas.
- Consistent track record to influence stakeholders to jointly improve business results for the company.
- Examples of Supply Chain and Logistics improvement activities and programs.
