Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations to showcase Apex Cyber Technologies' solutions and services, highlighting the value proposition and addressing client needs.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored IT security solutions.
  • Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with customers to understand their budget constraints and negotiate favorable terms for both parties.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights for business strategy.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely resolution of issues, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful b2b sales experience, preferably in ICT industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsdriven.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience using a CRM (Hubspot an advantage).
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Be responsible for achieving a sales target.
  • Great activelistening skills.
  • Have reliable transport.
