Your experience should include:
Providing immediate feedback to clients regarding resolution times.
Populating job card information onto the system work order, costing and closing all completed work within 24 hours.
Accurately processing and filing of completed documentation.
Escalate unresolved or problematic customer queries immediately.
Constant 2 way communication between yourself and team members to ensure the status of all open work orders is up to date in order to provide the customer with feedback.
Chase customers for outstanding purchase order numbers for estimates given.
Weekly feedback on outstanding work orders and resolutions to finalize the work order.
