  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date administration systems, including resident records and petty cash accounts.
  • Liaise with various departments, including payroll, procurement, finance, and HR, to ensure efficient and effective administrative processes.
  • Manage day-to-day payroll, including processing returns and ensuring timely payment.
  • Produce contract amendments, contracts of employment, and HR letters in accordance with our HR processes.
  • Cover reception duties in the absence of the receptionist, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
