The Regional Sales Enablement and Excellence Lead role is designed to work closely with the commercial leaders in the country/region to drive sales force effectiveness and to optimize sales processes & governance.

The role acts as a critical support to Customer Relationship Management, territory alignment & targeting, Sales Incentive Plan management, account segmentation and other key initiatives to drive disciplined and successful commercial execution.

For this role, you will be expected to be located in **Johannesburg, South Africa.

A Day in the Life

  • Define the organization structure and resource allocation to increase sales force efficiency and ultimately maximize value to the customer. Lead the salesforce sizing, territory design and target setting process for the region.
  • Actively contribute to the design and execution of the Go to Market strategies within the region.
  • Deploy and implement performance KPIs & dashboards alongside our Sales Analytics & Excellence team and support periodic performance reviews with commercial leaders.
  • Enable the sales force team through the design and implementation of competitive Sales Incentive Plans.
  • Identify training needs and support the Commercial Training team in the successful deployment of training, education and coaching to increase the skills and business acumen of the sales organization.
  • Provide data insights to support leadership on sound commercial decision making. Ensure sharing of commercial best practices across the sales force and continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency of commercial processes.
  • Ensure coordination within Global Commercial Operations & Customer Experience and with other departments including Finance, Marketing and business enablers to drive organizational excellence and ensure organizational success.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience in business analytics, sales and operations
  • Broad perspective and business acumen, able to think strategically and at the same time be handson and detail oriented
  • Experience in a multicultural, diverse environment and interaction with many stakeholders
  • Strong influencing and executive communication & presentation skills (with fluency in both written and spoken English)
  • Excellent analytical skills in Excel and knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
  • Good knowledge of IT software/systems
  • Tableau, Power BI
  • Willingness to Travel up to 20% of time

Nice to Haves

  • Sales Enablement/Commercial Excellence or Sales Management experience in MedTech or the Healthcare Industry
  • Strong grasp of Company business strategy, future growth plans and solid understanding of Healthcare Markets
